Lily: I know! But now Ashley is looking for a new best friend!


Miley: Please say it is not us she wants to hang out with.


Lily: Never! She would never hang out with us.


Amber: Hey, here is the invitation for my good bye party. Plan to attend.


Ashley: (pull aside Amber) Don’t invite them! They aren’t cool, like us. They are all skater girls not like us.


Amber: My mom said I should invite them because they don’t have any friends.


Miley: Hello, I’m standing right here!


Ashley: It’s true! You aren’t stylish, like me! I am the most stylish in the whole high school.


Amber: You are not! You know I am so much more stylish then you!


(Cat fight) (Pull hair)


Ashley: You’re ruining my nails!


Amber: You’re ruining my hair!


Lily: Okay, Miley! Look at them.


Miley: I know! Total nutcase!


Amber: What! I am better than you!


Miley: Mean girl say what?


Ashley: You heard her!


Lily: Okay! (Drag Miley aside) Let’s go!

Setting: Lily’s house


Lily: Okay. That was strange. So, should we go to Amber’s good bye party.


Both: Noooo!


Miley: So, want to go to the beach?


Lily: Well, it’s kinda getting dark. Let’s go tomorrow.


Miley: Okay. Well, I’m going home. Bye Lily.


Lily: Bye Miley!


Ashley: (Knock on door)


Lily: (Open door)


Ashley: Hi, hi!


Lily: Ashley, what are you doing at my house?


Ashley: Amber’s moving so you and Miley are my new BFF.


Lily: What?


Ashley: We are going to have so much fun! Just the three of us. Popular, galore, manicures, getting our hair done and even more!


Lily: Oh?


Ashley: Tommarow, meet me at Beautiful Nails 4 You at 3:00! The three of us will get our nails done! Call Miley and tell her the great news!


Lily: Okay, well I have to go to umm…ummm…shower, bye.


Ashley: Bye, ttyl!


Lily: Gotta call Miley! (dial Miley’s number)


Miley: (from back stage) Hello.


Lily: Hi Miley, Ashley just came over and she wants to be our best friend. We are getting a manicure tomorrow! HELP!


Miley: Best friend say what?


Lily: We have to. She just left. Remember what she did last time we didn’t listen to her?


Miley: Of course, she made us sit with the weirdo’s at lunch for the next week! We don’t want that to happen to us again, legos, barbies, video games! That’s all they would ever talk about. And we’d say I like to do that also or that sounds like fun!


Lily: So are you coming tomorrow?


Miley: Okay, but meet me at the beach tomorrow. We will discuss it then.





Setting: The beach


Lily: So I thought of a couple of ideas. (list in her hand)


Miley: Please say this isn’t some crazy idea like quit school or something like that.


Lily: Noooo….(Cross of list)


Miley: And please don’t tell me this is something stupid like move to China or something.


Lily: Of course not. (cross off) If only you were just as weird as those weirdo’s. Then she’ll never be friends with you!


Miley: Lily you’re genious!


Lily: Which one, quit school or move to China?


Miley: China.


Lily: I knew it, I just sometimes are so!





Setting: Getting a manicure


Miley: (weird voice with doll in hand…dressed in weird clothes) Hey, Ashley. I got you a present. (hand doll)


Ashley: Okay…so not cool! No, not acceptable.


Lily: (Weird voice with dog bone in hand) I got you a present. (hand bone)


Ashley: COMPLETELY NOT COOL!


Miley: Well if it makes it any better than I got you an ant farm. (about to take it out)


Ashley: That’s it! I can’t stand it any more! Bye. See you. And anyways, I found out Amber couldn’t move. She couldn’t carry her luggage. So she isn’t moving. My BFF is back. (walks away)


Miley: That was so awesome.


Lily: Well now I have to get changed.


Miley: And I need to get ready for my concert tomorrow.


Lily: I know. I get to be in tomorrows concert so I guess I’ll also get ready.
